 $ \star $ Correlation between luminosity to the maximum out of B and the factor of stretching

Figure 10.7 shows the value of the residuals to the diagram of Hubble for  $ \beta = 0$ according to the factor of stretching. We check well that the supernovæ whose factor of the largest stretching are also most brilliant (the lowest magnitude and thus a negative residual). One thus checks the law of Phillips (phillips1993).
