 $ \star $ Comparison of the K-corrections

Same manner as for the estimate of the correction for Galactic absorption, the K-correction is directly integrated in the adjustment of the parameters of the lightcurve, the result is directly expressed in the standard filter of the reference frame of the supernova nearest to the observational filter.

We thus used equation 2.26 to estimate the K-correction to pass from the observant standard filter to the standard filter in the reference frame of the supernova.

The supernovæ used for the comparison are close, it thus acts of a correction of the filter B observant towards the filter B in the reference frame of the supernova.

Figure 9.12 shows the comparison between the two analyses. The two estimates are on average equal with a dispersion of the order of %
